STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Over the next few months, you will choose a research project that contains STEM elements. You will conduct an investigation to seek the evidence to your project’s question. This long-term, at home project will enable you to combine reading, writing, math, data analysis, and scientific inquiry all on a topic that you have
chosen!
This handbook provides you with examples and models of each step of the STEM process. There is space available to take notes and draft the elements of your project. Both you and your family, along with your teacher, will all use this book to write, edit, comment and keep track of your work on each component of the STEM Fair process.
