Welcome to School Year 2024-2025 at Imagine Foundations at Morningside Public Charter School! We are thrilled to embark on another exciting academic year together as a community dedicated to nurturing and empowering our scholars. As we gear up for the upcoming school year, we want to express our gratitude to each and every one of you for partnering with us and entrusting us with your scholar's education and growth.
This year, we will work together as a community to instill and reinforce our newly selected shared core character values of Respect, Empathy, Accountability, and Perseverance. These values, which we believe are the cornerstone of our school's culture, will serve as the foundation upon which we build character and enrich the minds of our scholars, guiding them toward a path of success.
We firmly believe in our scholars' limitless potential to imagine, plan, and achieve boundless opportunities. Together, we will identify and cultivate their innate gifts and talents by creating rigorous learning experiences within a welcoming and responsive learning environment. Our commitment to collaboration with families, scholars, and team members is unwavering as we strive to create a supportive and inclusive community where every individual is valued and included and where every individual thrives.
At our school, we prioritize creating a culture and climate that is welcoming to all, and we are dedicated to ensuring academic achievement for our scholars. We aim to enhance proficiency and support each scholar on their unique educational journey through rigorous core instruction and tailored intervention/acceleration opportunities provided during Success Time.
To strengthen our community and foster a strong home-to-school connection, we ask each family to commit to at least 5 hours of volunteer time and to join our PTO. Your involvement is crucial in supporting our efforts and ensuring the success of our scholars.
Our theme for this year will continue to be "Imagine, Plan, Achieve," as we REAP what we sow through our core character values of Respect, Empathy, Accountability, and Perseverance. We will work tirelessly to build a vibrant and thriving community where every scholar can flourish and succeed.
